  1. 10 cups 625g / 22oz Diced cooked chicken

  2. 10 cups 1100g / 38oz Chopped celery

  3. 2 Green onions with tops - sliced

  4. 8 oz 227g Chopped green chiles

  5. (two 4-ounce cans)

  6. 5 3/4 oz 163g Pitted ripe olives - drained and sliced

  7. (one 5-3/4-ounce can)

  8. 2 cups 186g / 6.6oz Slivered almonds

  9. 5 cups 730g / 25oz Shredded cheddar cheese - divided

  10. (20 ounces)

  11. 2 cups 474ml Mayonnaise

  12. 2 cups 474ml Sour cream

  13. (16 ounces)

  14. 5 cups 730g / 25oz Crushed potato chips

  1. Combine the first six ingredients. Add 2 cups cheese.

  2. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream; add to chicken mixture and toss.

  3. Spoon into two greased 13x9x2-inch baking dishes.

  4. Sprinkle with chips. Top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot.
