  2. Salsa

  3. Washed arugula leaves

  4. Wide slices of toasted good Italian bread, cut on bias

  5. Thinly sliced or grated White cheddar cheese

  6. Crisp cooked turkey bacon

  7. Slices of avocado

  8. Chopped cilantro
