  2. 1 pound ground turkey

  3. 1 cup salsa

  4. 1/2 cup uncooked rosamarina (orzo) pasta

  5. 1 cup water

  6. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro or 1 teaspoon ground coriander

  7. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce

  8. 16 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained

  9. 1/2 cup guacamole

  1. Cook turkey in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently, until no longer pink; drain.

  2. Stir in remaining ingredients except guacamole. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is tender. Serve with guacamole.
