  1. 4-6 Walleye Fillets,cut into 3" strips

  2. 1 large jar Salsa (mild, medium or hot)

  3. 1 large Onion , sliced

  4. 2 Lemon s, cut into wedges

  5. 3 Tbls Butter

  6. 1/4 Cup Water or White Wine

  1. Grease or spray with Pam a 9x12 pan. Add half of Salsa to pan. Arrange Walleye on top of Salsa, dot with butter. Arrange onion rings on top of Walleye. Add lemon wedges. Pour remainder of Salsa over top.

  2. Place the pan on the grill. Check your heat so the fish doesn’t burn to the pan. After 6-9 minutes the butter should be melted down over the fish & be bubbling with the lemon juice.

  3. If the pan is too hot & it looks like the fish will burn or is getting too dry, a small amount of water or wine over the fish will cool the pan down.

  4. Total baking time, 20 minutes.
