  1. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  2. 4 salmon fillets

  3. 1 jar

  4. Blue Dragon Thai Green Curry Cooking Sauce

  5. A bunch coriander - shredded

  6. 4 spring onion, shredded

  1. Pre-heat and oven to 180C. Use the oil to rub over the salmon fillets. On a non-stick baking sheet place the fillets, skin (or flat) side down. Place in the oven for 15-20 mins or until cooked through.

  2. Meanwhile, warm the Thai Green Curry Sauce in a saucepan until piping hot. When the salmon is ready, place each fillet on a plate and top with the Sauce.

  3. Serve with a mixture or steamed white basmati and wild rice.Garnish with coriander and spring onion.
