  1. 2-3 chicken breasts , cooked and shredded

  2. 1/2 c salsa , use whatever heat level you prefer

  3. 1 1/2 c shredded cheese , divided

  4. 1 TBS chili powder

  5. 1/2 tsp salt

  6. 1/3 c sour cream lettuce tomatos salsa and sour cream for dipping flour tortillas (10)

  1. How to make it In a large bowl combine chicken, salsa, 3/4 C cheese, chili powder, salt, sour cream. Mix well. fill up each tortilla evenly with mixture, roll and place in a large baking dish. cover with foil and bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with remaining 3/4 C cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve with lettuce, tomatos, salsa and sour cream.
