  1. 2 Tbsp Margarine

  2. 1 onion finely chopped

  3. 2 green onions chopped tops too

  4. 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  5. 1/2 tsp seasoned salt

  6. 7 oz can green chilies

  7. 2-8oz packages cream cheese

  8. 3 cups diced turkey or chicken

  9. 8-8 inch flour tortillas

  10. 16 oz whipping cream

  11. 16 oz shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

  1. In a large skillet, add margarine and saute onions. Add garlic powder, seasoned salt, and green chilies. Stir in cream cheese. Heat and stir until cream cheese is melted. Add diced chicken or turkey. Lay out the 8 tortillas and spoon 3 heaping Tbsp full of the meat mixture into each tortilla. Roll up tortillas and place seam side down in a lightly greased large 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour whipping cream over enchiladas, then sprinkle cheese over enchiladas. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes Yield: serves 8
