  1. for Crockpot Rice Pudding

  2. 2 1/2 cups precooked rice

  3. 1 1/2 cups scalded milk

  4. 2/3 cup white or brown sugar

  5. 3 eggs, beaten

  6. 1 tsp. salt

  7. 2 tbsp. vanilla

  8. 1 tsp. cinnamon

  9. 1 tsp. nutmeg

  10. 1/2 c. raisins

  11. 3 tbsp. soft butter

  1. Preheat crock pot on high heat and lightly spray with cooking oil.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rice, milk, sugar, and eggs. Ingredients should be well-blended.

  3. Fold in seasonings and raisins.

  4. Add butter and pour entire mixture into the crock pot.

  5. Bake for 90 minutes or until soft and creamy.

  6. Stir occasionally during cooking time to prevent sticking and clumping.
