  1. 12 oz Pkg 1/3 c Wheat germ - plain

  2. 1/3 c 100% Bran cereal

  3. 2 tb Sesame seeds

  4. 2/3 c Milk

  5. 1 lg Egg

  6. Corn muffin mix

  1. Heat oven to 400F; grease 8″ cast-iron skillet well.

  2. In large bowl combine muffin mix, wheat germ, cereal, and sesame seeds. In small bowl using fork, beeat milk and egg to blend well; stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients until just blended.

  3. Pour batter into prepared skillet; bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Place skillet on wire rack to cool completely; cut bread into wedges and serve.
