  6. 1/2 pound Noodles -- chinese fresh wat

  7. 9 tablespoon Oil

  8. 4 ounce Shrimp; shelled, deveined

  9. 1 1/4 teaspoon Salt

  10. 1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch

  11. 1/2 pound Lean pork -- shredded

  12. 1 tablespoon Sherry

  13. 2 tablespoon Soy sauce -- light

  14. 1/2 teaspoon Sugar

  15. 1/2 pound Bok choy

  16. 1/4 pound Mushrooms -- sliced

  17. 2 tablespoon Chicken stock

  18. 1 teaspoon Cornstarch -- dissolved in

  19. 2 teaspoon Water

  20. Drop noodles into boiling water and boil for five minutes. Rinse under cold

  21. 1 T oil. Set aside. Mix shrimp with

  22. 1/4 t salt and 1 T oil to

  23. 400 in wok and stir fry shrimp until they turn

  24. pink, about 1 minute. Remove.

  25. 400. Stir fry pork until color changes. Add sherry,

  26. 1 T soy

  27. 1 minute. Remove. Heat

  28. 2 T oil to

  29. 400. Stir fry

  30. 1 minute. Add pork, mushrooms,

  31. 1 t salt, and 1 T soy sauce. Add

  32. stock. Cook 3 minutes. Thicken with dissolved cornstarch. Pour in shrimp and 3 T oil to

  33. 400. Turn down to

  34. 350 and stir fry

  35. noodles until outside is golden brown but inside is soft. (They will form a

  36. 5 minutes on each side. Remove to platter. Place cooked mixture on
