  1. 1 lb. ground beef

  2. 1 (16 oz.) pkg. macaroni cooked and drained

  3. 1 med. green pepper chopped

  4. 1 sm. hot pepper diced fine

  5. 1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can tomato sauce

  6. 1 tomato sauce can of water

  7. 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

  8. 1 tomato paste can of water salt and pepper to taste

  9. 3 stalks celery diced

  10. 2 (7 oz. each) cans mushrooms drained

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Brown onion, pepper and celery in skillet. Add ground beef and brown. Add sauce, paste and all of the water. Cook slowly until desired thickness. Add mushrooms last, just until they are heated through. Pour sauce over cooked macaroni and stir in. Yield: serves 8
