  1. 3 x egg whites

  2. Pinch salt

  3. 1 x cup sugar

  4. 1 x teaspoon vanilla essence

  5. 20 x salada biscuits coarsely crushed

  6. 1 x cup chopped walnuts

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C

  2. Grease and line the base of a 20 cm Springform tin

  3. Whip egg whites with salt until soft peaks form

  4. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until sugar is dissolved

  5. Gently stir through vanilla essence

  6. Gentle fold through salada biscuits and walnuts

  7. Pour mixture into prepared tin

  8. Bake in the overn for 30 minutes
