  1. 1 small red onion , diced

  2. 2 chorizo sausages , thinly sliced

  3. 1pkt fresh potato gnocchi , cooked and drained

  4. 575g jar napolitano pasta sauce

  1. Cook onion and chorizo together in a large non-stick pan for 3 minutes or until golden. Add gnocchi, sauce and ¼ cup water. Season with sea salt and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes or until heated through.
