  1. Round Steak ( 1/4" thick), cut into strips (should get 3 per steak)

  2. Stuffing :

  3. 1/4 C. Romano Cheese

  4. 1/4 C. Bread Crumbs

  5. Black Pepper

  6. Salt

  7. Garlic Powder

  8. Chopped Parsley

  1. Mix stuffing ingredients together with a little olive oil to bind - divide onto pieces of meat and roll securely (tuck in ends), tie with a string. Brown and then simmer in quick sauce.
