  1. 2 cups quick-cooking oats

  2. 2 cups unsweetened multigrain flakes (Nutri-Grain)

  3. 1/2 cup flaked unsweetened coconut

  4. 1/4 cup sliced almonds

  5. 5 1/2 teaspoons Equal for Recipes or 18 packets Equal sweetener or 3/4 cup Equal Spoonful™

  6. 1/4 cup light apricot preserves sweetened with NutraSweet brand sweetener or apricot spreadable fruit

  7. 2 tablespoons margarine

  8. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  9. 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

  10. 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

  11. 1/2 teaspoon maple extract

  12. 1 cup dried fruit bits

  13. 1 3/4 teaspoons Equal for Recipes or 6 packets Equal sweetener or 1/4 cup Equal Spoonful™

  1. Combine cereals, coconut, almonds, 5 1/2 teaspoons Equal for Recipes or 18 packets Equal sweetener or 3/4 cup Equal Spoonful™ in bowl. Heat preserves, margarine, spices, and maple extract in small saucepan until bubbly; drizzle over cereal mixture and toss to coat evenly. Bake mixture on large jelly roll pan in preheated 350°F (175°C) oven 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Stir in fruit bits and bake 5 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes; sprinkle with 1 3/4 teaspoons Equal for Recipes or 6 packets Equal sweetener or 1/4 cup Equal Spoonful™ and toss. Cool completely; store in airtight container.
