  1. 1 can pumpkin

  2. 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)

  3. 1/2 cup sugar

  4. 2 tablespoons light corn syrup

  5. 2 eggs

  6. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  7. 1/4 teaspoon ginger

  8. 1 teaspoon cinnamon For the crust:

  9. 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  10. 2 cups of crushed graham crackers

  11. 2 cups of chopped pecans

  12. 1/2 cup melted butter For the topping:

  13. 2 cups heavy cream

  14. 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  15. 3 tablespoons cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x9 pan with wax paper. Mix together all of the filling ingredients. Pour into lined pan. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the filling, coating as evenly as possible. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the filling, coating as evenly as possible. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of the graham crackers. Pour melted butter over top. Bake for 75 minutes. Sniff the yummy aroma that will fill your kitchen when making these bars! When the bars have cooled, whip the cream and powdered sugar together. Top the bars with the whip cream mixture. Spkinkle cinnamon on topping.
