  1. 2 lb. fresh peaches, sliced

  2. 1 c. white grape juice, boiled down to

  3. 1/3 c.

  4. 2 eggs

  5. 1 tbsp. lemon juice

  6. 1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers

  7. 1/3 c. butter, melted

  8. Pie crust for 9 pie

  9. Cinnamon to taste

  1. Slice peaches into large mixing bowl. Stir in grape juice, eggs, lemon juice and cinnamon. Place mixture in unbaked 9 inch pie crust shell.

  2. Mix together crushed vanilla wafers and butter and sprinkle on top. Cover edges of pie with foil. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 20-25 minutes.
