  1. 2 cups brown sugar

  2. 1 cup maple syrup

  3. 1 cup butter

  4. Cubed bread

  5. 8 eggs

  6. 3 cups milk

  7. 1/3 tsp salt

  1. In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add brown sugar and syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Pour over the greased 9x13 pan. Arrange bread evenly over the top of the syrup mixture, up to the edge of pan. Set aside to cool. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour evenly, over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or at least 8 hours. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes until set in the middle and golden brown.
