  2. 1 can clams --

  3. 10 ounce

  4. 1 tablespoon canola oil

  5. 1 clove garlic -- minced

  6. 1 1/2 tablespoons flour

  7. 1/2 teaspoon thyme

  8. 1 tablespoon parsley

  9. 4 ounces pasta -- cooked

  1. Cook garlic in oil until softened. Add flour and mix to a paste. Add juice from canned clams and mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except pasta and cook stirring over med heat for about 5 minutes. Serve over hot pasta.
