  1. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Carrots - peeled and sliced

  2. 1 -- (20 ounces) frozen, sliced carrots, thaw

  3. 1 cup 237ml Mayonnaise

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Grated onion

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Prepared horseradish

  6. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Shredded cheddar cheese

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Buttered bread crumbs

  1. In a saucepan, cook carrots just until crisp-tender; drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid. Place carrots in a 1-1/2 qt. baking dish.

  2. Combine mayonnaise, onion, horseradish and reserved cooking liquid; spread evenly over carrots. Sprinkle with cheese; top with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350! for 30 minutes.
