  1. 2 cups Boiled, mashed turnips

  2. 1 tablespoon Sugar

  3. 1 teaspoon Salt

  4. Pepper to taste

  5. 3 tablespoons Butter

  6. 1 cup Soft bread crumbs

  7. 2 Eggs

  1. Mix turnip, sugar, salt, pepper, butter, ¾ cup of crumbs and beaten eggs.
