  1. 1/2 stalk celery, washed, chopped

  2. 4 tomatoes, chopped not too fine

  3. 3 cups water

  4. 2 cups milk, boiled

  5. 1 tablespoon butter Seasonings to taste

  1. Instructions Put the chopped celery in a sauce pan with water and seasonings. Let boil for 15 minutes. Add tomatoes and let boil for 5 minutes. Add the boiled milk and the butter. Bring to a boil and let boil for 2 minutes. Serve.
