  1. 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained

  2. 1 can whole kernel corn, drained

  3. 3 tomatoes, coarsely chopped

  4. 1 large avocado, peeled and chopped

  5. 1 large onion, chopped

  6. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  7. 4 tablespoons lemon juice

  8. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  9. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

  10. 1 teaspoon salt

  11. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
