  1. Sauce

  2. 1 cup 237ml Water

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Thick and chunky salsa

  4. 2 No-salt-added - (8 oz)

  5. Tomato sauce

  6. 1 1/2 cups 240g / 8 1/2oz Uncooked instant white rice

  7. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Frozen whole kernel corn

  8. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Chopped red bell pepper

  9. 1 Black beans - drained

  10. And rinsed

  1. Combine sauce ingredients in large skillet; mix well. Bring to a boil.

  2. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to low.

  3. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes or until rice is cooked and vegetables are tender.
