  1. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cumin seeds

  2. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground turmeric

  3. 3 Garlic

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Chili powder

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Oil

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Onion - finely chopped (medium)

  7. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Bean sprouts

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Lime juice

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Coriander leaves - chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions Grind together cumin, turmeric, garlic and chili powder to find paste. Heat oil and fry onion until golden brown. Add ground paste and fry with onion for 1 minute. Add bean sprouts and salt and mix with spices and stir fry 2-3 minutes. Add lime juice. Cover and cook on low heat for another 2-3 minuts. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
