  1. 1/4 cup orzo

  2. 1 tablespoons olive oil

  3. 1/2 cup bulgar wheat, coarse

  4. 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth

  5. 1/4 cup chopped onion

  6. 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  7. 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

  1. Saut orzo in olive oil until golden. Add wheat and saut 1 more minute. Slowly add broth.

  2. Stir in onion and herbs, bring to boil.

  3. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
