  1. 16 ounces frozen halibut fillets thawed

  2. 1 teaspoon salt

  3. 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  4. 1 egg white

  5. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  7. 1/4 teaspoon dill seed

  8. 1/4 teaspoon onion juice

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Place fillets in greased baking dish and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Beat egg white and salt until stiff but not dry.

  4. Fold in remaining ingredients and spoon onto fish.

  5. Bake uncovered 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and topping puffed and brown.
