  1. 3 cups 187g / 6.6oz Flour

  2. 2 cups 396g / 13oz Sugar

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cinnamon

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Baking soda

  6. 1 cup 237ml Oil

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vanilla

  8. 2 Eggs - beaten

  9. 3 cups 711ml Apples

  10. 1 cup 237ml Pecans

  1. Peel apples. Chop apples and pecans.

  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and then push to the sides to form a hole in the center.

  3. Add liquid ingredients and mix in.

  4. The mixture will become thick and will need to be mixed with hands. Add apples and nuts.

  5. Bake at 350F for 1 hour. For best results bake in a bundt pan.
