  1. Oil or margarine

  2. 1 Pimentos - (4 oz.)

  3. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Onion - chopped

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Salt

  5. 1/3 cup 48g / 1.7oz Pepper - green, diced

  6. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Spaghetti

  7. 2 cups 220g / 7.8oz Celery - sliced

  8. 1 cup 237ml Black olives - sliced

  9. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Chicken - cooked, chopped

  10. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Cheddar cheese - grated

  11. 2 cups 474ml Chicken broth

  1. Heat small amt. of oil/margarine in large saucepan. Sauteevegetables until a little less crisp. Stir in chicken, broth and pimento, and heat to boiling. Add salt. Break spaghetti into small pcs. and add to broth. Boil pasta until done, abt.
