  7. 1 cup margarine -- softened

  8. 2 cups sugar

  9. 2 eggs

  10. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  11. 2 cups flour

  12. 1 teaspoon baking powder

  13. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  14. 1 cup sour cream -- light

  15. Filling:

  16. 1/2 cup pecans -- chopped

  17. 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  18. 3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed

  19. Grease and flour an angel food cake pan. Mix all ingredients

  20. except filling , adding sour cream last. Mix filling ingredients in a small

  21. bowl. Pour half of batter into pan, sprinkle with half of filling, remainder of

  22. 350 degree oven for hour. Recipe was a prize winner at the Del Mar County Fair 1993 Jo Merrill - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
