  5. 1 3/4 c Flour

  6. 2 ts Baking powder

  7. 1/2 ts Salt

  8. 1/2 ts Cinnamon or 3/4 tsp

  9. 3/4 c Orange juice

  10. 1/2 ts Grated orange rind or 3/4 ts

  11. 1/2 c Minus

  12. 1 tb vegetable oil

  13. 1 Egg

  14. 1/2 c Chopped walnuts

  15. 1/2 c Raisins

  16. Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine dry ingredients. Add remaining

  17. ingredients, mix well. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet to make

  18. 32 cookies. Bake about 10 to 15 min. Remove from pan and cool.

  19. VARIATIONS: Add 1/4 tsp ground cloves for a spicy cookie. Instead of

  20. raisins, add 1/2 cup chopped or whole cranberries.
