  1. 2-3 lbs Round steak, tenderized

  2. 1 cup of flour salt and pepper

  3. 1/2 cup of water

  4. 1/2 cup of milk

  5. 8 oz. fresh mushrooms

  6. 1 t. Kitchen bouquet(liquid gravy enhancer)

  7. 1 cup of cooking

  1. Combine the flour and season it as desired with the salt and pepper. Cut the round steak into serving size pieces. Dredge into the flour. After heating a skillet with the oil, pan fry the meat until browned on both sides. In a 9x13 sprayed pan combine the soup, milk, water, mushrooms, sliced and kitchen bouquet. After frying the steak pieces place in the baking dish covering it with the soup mixture. Bake covered for about 2 hours and it will be fork tender. Best when servrd with mashed potatoes!!!
