  1. 3 Fresh avocados - not frozen or canned

  2. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Diced red onions

  3. 1/3 cup 20g / 0.7oz Diced tomatoes

  4. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Tabasco sauce

  5. Juice of 1/4 lemon

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Granulated garlic

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Cumin

  9. 1 Cayenne pepper

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Chopped fresh cilantro

  1. Prepare all ingredients before peeling and cutting avocados. Using a knife cut avocados in half and remove seed. Use a large spoon to remove avocado from skin and place in a bowl. Cut avocados down to 1-inch chunks while in bowl.

  2. Measure all ingredients separately; do not combine any ingredients together.

  3. Add liquids, tomatoes and onions to avocados, mix well by hand. Mix all ingredients together in a separate container. Mix by hand, being careful not to overmix, causing the avocados to puree. Guacamole should have 1/2- to 1-inch chunks of avocado visible.
