  1. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Cocktail frankfurters - cut Half Sauce

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Bourbon

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Chili sauce

  4. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Dark brown sugar

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dijon mustard

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Tomato preserves

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Add the frankfurters, cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a chafing dish and have toothpicks nearby. Makes 36 little franks.
