  1. 4 cups fresh strawberries, halved

  2. 2 cups fresh blueberries

  3. 2 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced

  4. 2 bananas, sliced

  5. 2 cups seedless grapes, halved

  6. 1 (8 ounce) container plain or vanilla yogurt

  7. 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  8. 1 teaspoon sugar

  9. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
