  1. 3 cup(s) chopped cooked chicken

  2. 1 cup(s) cooked rice

  3. 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

  4. 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice

  5. 1 can(s) cream of chicken soup

  6. 3/4 cup(s) mayonnaise

  7. 1 cup(s) grated Cheddar cheese

  8. ground black pepper

  1. Heat oven to 350. Stir the chicken, rice and eggs in a medium bowl. Stir in the lemon juice, soup, mayonnaise and cheese. Season with the black pepper. Spoon the mixture into a 3-quart shallow baking dish. Bake 45 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
