  10. 2/3 C Sugar

  11. 2 Tsp Baking Powder

  12. 1/2 Tsp Salt

  13. 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

  14. 1/4 Tsp Ground Cloves

  15. 1/2 C Egg Beaters® 99% Egg Substitute -- *Note

  16. 2 Tbsp Icbinb-Light -- Melted,**Note

  17. 16 Oz Sliced Peaches -- Canned, Drain, Chop,

  18. Reserve Juice

  19. 1/2 C Confectioner's Sugar

  20. 4 Tsp Peach Juice -- From The Reserved

  21. *NOTE: Original recipe used 2 regular eggs

  22. **NOTE: Original recipe used regular margarine

  23. 9 x 5 pan. Preheat oven to

  24. 350 deg F. Mix first

  25. ingredients; add eggs and melted margarine. Fold in chopped peaches; mix

  26. for about 2 min at med speed of electric mixer.

  27. Pour batter into pan and bake for approx 1 hr, testing for doneness. Cool

  28. completely.

  29. Make glaze by blending confectioner's sugar and 4 tsp reserved peach juice.

  30. Pour over cooled loaf.

  31. Serves 8 - 10 This was very good!!
