  1. 2 Eggs - beaten (medium)

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Catsup

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Prepared mustard

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Skim milk

  5. 2 3/4 cups 651ml Ground cooked ham

  6. 2 Fine fresh bread crumbs

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Finely-chopped onion

  8. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Finely-chopped celery

  9. 3 tablespoons 45ml Minced fresh parsley

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 7 1/2- by 3 1/2- by 2-inch loaf pan or four 6 ounce custard cups with vegetable pan-coating. Combine beaten eggs, catsup, mustard, and milk. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Turn into the loaf pan or custard cups. Bake 1 hour for loaf pan or 40 minutes for individual custard cups. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Unmold on a serving platter. Cut loaf into four slices.
