  1. 25 g tea leaves

  2. 570 ml cold water

  3. ice cubes

  4. slices lemons

  1. Steep the tea leaves in the cold water overnight.

  2. Strain and chill until required.

  3. Serve in tall glasses with plenty of ice cubes and a slice of lemon on top.
