  1. 8 oz 227g Beef steak

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Margarine

  3. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Minced onion

  4. 2 Garlic - minced

  5. 2 cups 474ml Mushrooms - sliced

  6. 1 Salt and pepper

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Flour

  8. 1 cup 237ml Hot water

  9. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dijon style mustard and tomato paste

  10. 2 Instant beef broth and seasoning mix

  11. 3 tablespoons 45ml Low fat sour cream

  12. 2 tablespoons 30ml Parsley

  13. 2 cups 474ml Cooked noodles(hot)

  1. On rack in broiling pan, broil meat 2 inches from heat source, turning once until rare; slice into 1/2 inch slices, set aside. In 9 inch skillet heat margarine until hot and bubbly, add onion and garlic, and saut'e briefly, about 1 minute, (DO NOT BROWN).Add mushrooms, salt, pepper and cook stirring occasionally for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and stir quickly to combine;

  2. gradually stir in water. Add mustard, tomato paste, and broth mix and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture is slightly thickened.

  3. Reduce heat, add sour cream and parsley, and stir to combine. Add steak and cook until just heated through.

  4. Serve over hot noodles.
