  1. 1 cup Unsalted Butter (at Room Temp.)

  2. 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

  3. 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar (for coating cookies)

  4. 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

  5. 1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour

  1. Preheat oven to 275 Degrees F. Line cookie sheets w/ parchment paper. Using electric mixer cream butter and sugar at low speed until smooth. Beat in vanilla. Gradually add flour. With floured hands take out about one tbs. of dough and form ball shapes. Continue this pattern until there is no more dough left. Keep dusting hands every 5 cookies. Place onto baking sheet. Bake for 22 mins. When cool enough to handle but still slightly warm roll in powdered sugar.
