  1. 3 lb Red cabbage core and shred

  2. 4 ea Minced garlic cloves

  3. 1/4 c Vegetable oil

  4. 1/3 c Cider vinegar

  5. 1/3 c Tamari soy sauce

  6. 3 T Honey

  7. 1 t Ground ginger

  8. 1/2 t Pepper

  9. 3 to 4 minutes, stirring to coat well with oil. Add remaining

  10. 350 degrees oven

  11. 40 to 60 minutes or until tender.
