  4. 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

  5. 3 tablespoons vinegar

  6. 3 tablespoons lime or lemon juice

  7. 1 teaspoon salt

  8. 1 teaspoon sugar

  9. 1/4 teaspoon dried ground chili peppers

  10. 2 cups cooked pork -- cubed small

  11. 1 pound cooked shrimp -- diced small

  12. 1 cucumber -- peeled and sliced

  13. 1 teaspoon mint

  1. Combine in a bowl the coriander, garlic, pepper, vinegar, lime juice, salt, sugar and chili peppers. Add the pork, shrimp and cucumber. Toss lightly. Sprinkle with the mint.
