  1. 1 teaspoon onion powder

  2. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  3. 1 teaspoon paprika

  4. 1 teaspoon pork and veal paul prudhomme magic seasoning

  5. 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts

  6. 6 slices bacon

  7. 1/4 cup beer (or water)

  1. Combine onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and Magic seasoning.

  2. Rub seasoning mix on all sides of chicken.

  3. Let stand 15 minutes.

  4. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken breast.

  5. Fasten with toothpicks.

  6. Heat a large skillet over high heat until extremely hot. Add bacon wrapped chicken and cook until bacon on both sides is well browned, 7-10 minutes. Add beer or water.

  7. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
