  1. 1 cup 237ml Peeled green gram dal - broken

  2. 1 teaspoon 5ml Cumin seeds

  3. 3 Green chiles

  4. 3 Red chiles

  5. 4 Onions

  6. 1 Asafetida

  7. 1 Ginger

  8. 1 section Coriander leaves Salt - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. Soak gram dal in water for 3 hours. Clean thoroughly. Strain out the water.

  2. Grind with red chiles, 2 green chiles, cumin seeds and salt.

  3. Chop onions, ginger, asafetida, coriander leaves and a green chile. Fry lightly.

  4. Use the dough to make dosa. Fill the dosa with onion filling. Fold it.
