  1. 1 c Margarine; melted

  2. 2 c Sugar

  3. 1 c Flour

  4. 2/3 c Cocoa

  5. 1/2 ts Baking powder

  6. 2 Eggs

  7. 1/2 c Milk

  8. 3 ts Vanilla

  9. 12 oz Chocolate Chips

  10. 1 cn Sweetened condensed milk

  11. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla. Mix well. Spread in greased

  12. 13x9" pan. Bake

  13. 40 minutes. Just before brownies are done, in heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with Eagle milk, and remaining vanilla. Remove from heat. Immediately spread over hot brownies. Cool. Chill, cut into bars. Store covered, at room temperature.

  14. 36-40 brownies.
