  12. 1 ts Oregano

  13. 1/8 ts Sweet basil

  14. 3/4 ts Salt

  15. 1/8 ts Pepper

  16. 1/4 ts Rosemary; optional

  18. 1 1/2 c Pizza sauce

  19. 1 1/2 c Cottage cheese, lowfat

  20. 6 English muffins; toasted

  21. 4 tb Parmesan cheese; grated

  28. 1/2 toasted English muffin. Sprinkle

  29. 1 tsp parmesan cheese over

  30. top. Broil in oven for approx. 5 mins or until parmesan cheese starts
