  1. 1 lb. ground chicken or lean ground beef

  2. 3 cans (15 oz. each) chili-style diced tomatoes , undrained

  3. 2 cans (15 oz. each) black beans , drained, rinsed

  4. 1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans , drained, rinsed

  5. 1 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate

  6. 2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  1. COOK chicken in large saucepan on medium-high heat until cooked through, stirring occasionally.

  2. ADD tomatoes, beans and chocolate; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. TOP each serving with 1/4 cup cheese.
