  1. 1/2 Cup Chopped Black Walnuts

  2. 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

  3. 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

  4. 1 Cup Milk

  5. 3 Cups All-Purpose Flour

  6. 1 Cup Butter, Softened

  7. 1/2 Cup Shortening

  8. 3 Cups Sugar

  9. 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon

  10. 5 Eggs

  1. Mix together butter and sugar until light.

  2. Beat the eggs.

  3. Add baking powder, flour and cinnamon.

  4. Pour and stir into the creamed mixture.

  5. Add vanilla and walnuts.

  6. Bake for two hours.

  7. Allow to cool.
