  2. /4 cup canned pumpkin

  3. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  4. 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

  5. 3/4 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, undiluted

  6. 1/4 cup low-fat soy milk

  7. 2 scoops plain or vanilla soy protein powder

  8. 3 ice cubes

  9. Combine ingredients in blender. Cover and blend at high speed about one minute. Serves: 2
